In order to achieve stable quality, high-efficiency production, and low material consumption rate, the technical equipment was upgraded and imported various intelligent control equipment, including 3D SPI, 3D AOI, smart racks, WMS smart storage, MES smart factory management system, and also we collaborated with SUNIX Assist in the introduction of an intelligent environmental temperature and humidity control system.

We equipped 4 SMT high-speed lines: three for YAMAHA and one for Panasonic. Each SMT production line includes an automatic board feeder, automatic solder paste printing machine, high-speed placement machine, 3D SPI, 3D AOI, nitrogen reflow oven, etc. Use WMS smart warehouse system and MES operation management system to control material quality. We also introduce the intelligent management system of environmental temperature and humidity to monitor and control the production environment, quality, and production efficiency.
