Our DIP Line

Our DIP process not only has lead-free soldering furnace and post-soldering capabilities, but also collaborates with equipment manufacturers to develop a number of process equipment, including automatic soldering furnace system and it has the intelligent functions of automatically adjusting the furnace tank height, furnace temperature and spray flow. Besides that, we also developed the first automatic lead cutting machine, etc in industry.
